Celeste Olmos is a classically trained pastry chef and custom decorator from San Bruno, California. From an early age she developed a love of baking, recreating anything she could from watching Food Network reruns. She graduated from the International Culinary Center in 2012. Since 2014, Celeste has worked as Back of House Manager, Senior Decorator, and Wedding Coordinator at Sibby’s cupcakery where she crafts new flavors and custom decorations to delight cupcake lovers across the Bay Area.
Also, she hasn’t made an ‘About Me’ since MySpace, so fingers crossed.
